Tungsten carbide cutter (VZ65) for trimming PMMA materials
Specially developed tungsten carbide cutters for finishing and reworking PMMA restorations. With a new blade geometry (VZ65) for gentle
trimming of thermoplastic PMMA materials, which have the characteristic of smearing quickly. The new type of blade enables quick material
removal with a sharp cut without heating the material, does not snag and produces smooth material surfaces, allowing them to be easily polished.
Applications: For separating retention bars (0165.023HP), trimming the attachment areas of the retention bars and for adjustment of uneven
areas in the shape. Optimum speed 20.000 rpm, only apply light pressure during preparation.
